Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to offer a virtual and collaborative atmosphere with exposure to real-world experience and essential tools for business building. We focus on knowledge, skills, and professional development needed for today’s marketplace while providing exposure to multiple workplace settings through collaborative preceptorships.

Our esthetician program provides a virtual platform that enables both asynchronous and faculty-led didactic to encompass theory, business building, and professional development. Additionally, students will complete multiple preceptorships with experienced licensed professionals to complete skilled hands-on clinical applications.

Our History

PRO+ Skin Academy was established in 2022 by Courtney A. Hare, a licensed esthetician in Maryland who recognized the need to enhance the esthetician program experience. She had a vision of creating a collaborative environment that offered mentorship and workplace experience to students. With a strong passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing education, Courtney created PRO+ Skin Academy to provide a comprehensive professional learning path for future skincare professionals.
